Les politiques de mobilité dans les villes européennes peuvent être hétérogènes d’un pays à l’autre mais, quelle que soit la situation, les enjeux de baisse des émissions sont au cœur des préoccupations des élus et techniciens, conscients de la nécessité d’agir. La crise sanitaire liée au COVID19 a perturbé et continue de perturber la mobilité dans ces villes, obligeant à ajuster, faire évoluer, reconsidérer certaines politiques face à ce nouveau contexte. Face à ce contexte, comment garder le cap de la transition écologique ?

C’est cette question qui sera au cœur de la 5ème édition des Journées européennes de la mobilité de Strasbourg, organisées par le Cerema et le CNFPT, en partenariat avec l’Eurométropole de Strasbourg, le GART et l’UTP. Ces journées ont pour but de réfléchir et d’échanger à partir d’exemples européens mais aussi internationaux. Cette approche doit permettre de comparer pour comprendre et de comprendre pour agir plus efficacement au service d’une politique de mobilité durable.

Les journées seront structurées en 4 grandes sessions :

1. La crise sanitaire a-t-elle modifié les politiques de mobilité ?
2. Quels outils pour quels territoires ?
3. Une nouvelle action publique en mobilité ?
4. Quels modèles de financement ?

EVENT POSTPONED TO A LATER DATE

Mobility policies in European cities may vary from one country to another but, whatever the situation, the challenges of reducing GHG emissions are at the heart of the concerns of local politicians and technicians, who are aware of the need to act. The health crisis linked to COVID19 has disrupted and continues to disrupt mobility in these cities, forcing them to adjust, evolve and reconsider certain policies in the light of this new context. Faced with this context, how can we stay on track of the ecological transition?

This question will be at the heart of the 5th edition of the European Mobility Days in Strasbourg, organised by Cerema (Centre for Studies on Risks, the Environment, Mobility and Urban Planning) and the CNFPT (National Center for Territorial Public Service), in partnership with the Eurometropole of Strasbourg, the GART (Group of authorities responsible for transport), and the UTP (Union of public and rail transport). The aim of these days is to reflect on and exchange ideas based on European as well as international examples. This approach should enable us to provide benchmarks to develop an appropriate understanding of what is at stake in order to act more effectively in support of sustainable mobility policies.

The days will be structured in 4 main sessions:

1. Has the health crisis changed mobility policies?
2. Which tools for which territories?
3. A renewed public policy for mobility?
4. Which funding models?
